Moda MFG is the interiors division of Eview 360 and are an interior fitting contractor based in Farmington Hills, MI. After a brand update from early 2020, they are now known as MFG Interiors. For the purpose of continuity, I will continue to refer to them as Moda MFG in this case study.
Moda MFG required an update to their old website that would have a new contemporary design, is responsive and mobile-friendly and uses a CMS that's accommodating for the sales department to manage and maintain.
This project was only a face-lift of their original website, but still required being built from scratch, paying careful attention to displaying our products and services appropriately for the audience we were targeting. I had to restructure the content to be more SEO-friendly and I discussed a new marketing plan to include more email and social media marketing, with hopes to reach a wider audience and attract new customers.
I chose Wordpress as the CMS solution for the new Moda MFG website. I incorporated a custom theme using a modified Bootstrap 3 for the front end framework. Due to the fact I had the freedom to tweak the brand identity a bit, I decided to go with a slightly modified color palette and went with a different typeface that I felt was appropriate and best suited the brand personality.
With a very limited turnaround time of about 40 work hours to redesign and build this website, I was able to launch the site with an almost immediate improvement in SEO analytics and visibility on Google - most notably after the first 30 days of the site being relaunched. This update provided a better overall user experience to all of the visitors and customers of Moda MFG.
